1. It’s that time…

    I know I weigh more right now than I ever have. Which means when I was 9 months pregnant, I weighed less than right now. Ick. I don’t like it.

    Don’t misunderstand, I in no way have any ambitions of building a “bikini body” or wearing a size 4 or completing some stupid marathon. I just want to feel comfortable in my clothes. I know I feel better overall when I drink adequate water and get a little exercise.

    It is time to start adding in those healthy habits that I know help me. There will be no starting weight/measurements. There will be no periodic weighing in. I’m gonna let my body tell me when I am there and when I feel good.
