Lost 101 Pounds and Found Myself →

It’s walking up flights of stairs, thinking about my breathing and heart rate, hoping that I could make it and that no one would notice how badly I was struggling.
As of this morning, I am down 7 pounds. I started the diet portion of this program on January 29th. I am only on day 3 of walk/jog/running on the treadmill bit of the festivities. In that regard my legs and butt ache.

In the segment, teenage boys and then grown men were verbally assaulting a young courtesy clerk with Downs as he bagged their groceries.
